This search website has been designed to allow search and display of Clear Channel Outdoor's San Francisco Transit inventory in a web-based environment.
You can view basic information on Transit Inventory currently maintained by Clear Channel Outdoor for the San Francisco MTA.

How to Search This Site Using a Standard Internet Browser

Type a street name or street address into the Text Entry Input Box. Tab through to the Search button to begin the search. The search engine will automatically search for all types of Inventory when you press the Search button. If you want to trim your search by specific types of inventory, remove the check-boxes for each inventory type you don’t want to search for. Check-boxes can be cleared or selected by pressing your spacebar or clicking with your mouse. Results of your search will be displayed under the text entry field in a grid. The default number of records the search will return is 40. If you want to increase or decrease this number of results in the grid, tab to the Maximum Number of Results to Return selection field. Use your up arrow key to decrease the number of results and your down arrow key to increase the number of results. You can also use your mouse and select the downward arrow to open the selection box and select the desired number of results from the list. How To Search This Site Using a Text Based Application

Results of your search will be displayed under the text entry field in a grid. If you want to trim your search by specific types of inventory, remove the check-box for each inventory type you don’t want to search for (arrow down and press enter to change checked to unchecked). The default number of records the search will return is 40. If you want to increase or decrease this number of results in the grid move your cursor to the Select Item 1 option which will allow you to select a higher or lower number of search results. See the section “Understanding the Information” for a detailed description of the results grid.

 

Understanding the Information

Each row will contain information on each piece of inventory returned in your results. Columns in the results are Row Number (a counter for each row), Inventory Type (type of inventory), Shelter Number (unique shelter number assigned to the unit), Shelter Address (brief description of where this piece of inventory is located) and distance from search text (this column will appear if you searched for an exact address or intersection and will count in feet or miles the distance each shelter is from your search area).

The Shelter Address follows a naming convention set up by the industry. To assist you in reading these addresses, following is a list of short-forms you will find within the address descriptions:

NS - North Side
SS - South Side
ES - East Side
WS - West Side
N/O - North Of
S/O - South Of
E/O - East Of
W/O - West Of
ft - Feet
St - Street
Ave - Avenue
Blvd - Boulevard
